Michael Tang is in charge of the Finance and Accounting Dep., Human Resource and Admin. Dep., Legal and Securities Affairs, doubles as Board Secretary as before.

Sam Chen is responsible for Operation, Streamline and focus the activities in the Manufacturing, these are all under one Head combined with Quality function, IT and Supply Chain Management. Meanwhile, in charge of R&D, Marketing and Sales.

Sam has many years professional experience in 5” and 8” wafer Fab operations.

Prior to joining WeEn, Sam has worked for Motorola Back/End assembly factory, Tianjin, China, Motorola MOS12, 8” fab at Chandler, Phoenix, USA, Motorola MOS13, 8” fab at Austin, Texas, USA and Motorola MOS17, 8” fab in Tianjin ,China.

Markus has 20 years professional experience in managing globally Business and Product Lines in the Semiconductor Industry, developing and setting up Sales & Marketing offices in China and Asia-Pacific, improving Market Share in different market segments including Mobile Solutions, Bipolar Power and Security. As well in his career he has been addressing different applications for Mobile Chipsets, Security and Chip Cards ICs, and more recently Power Discrete in Renewable Energy, Industrial and Consumer markets.
